Our Modulo roller curve is designed in stainless steel with sliding zones and HDPE edges, exclusive to Sofinor.

 

This roller curve consists of a stainless steel base with a diamond tip and drain, stainless steel edges and 4 white HDPE sliding strips that follow the shape of the curve. This module has its own drain, siphon and PVC bung.

This curve is made up of a series of stainless steel roller frames, specifically adapted to the curve.

The HDPE makes it easy to slide the 500 x 500 mm baskets.

LOW SPACE REQUIREMENT: With Modulo, the corner return requires very little space

• To create a 90° curve in your laundry installation, simply install one element.
• To create a 180° curve over just 180 cm, combine 2 curved modules.

WATERTIGHT: Each table is sealed with a white HDPE piece that provides a perfect seal between each module without the use of silicone.

• Our roller tables are easy to assemble using watertight clamps and no tools are required.
• V-shaped troughs under the tables allow the limit switch cable to pass through safely. No need to fiddle with hooks.

HDPE offers a number of advantages:

• it makes it easier for dish baskets to slide, even in curves
• it makes installation and cleaning safer by limiting the risk of cuts
• it creates an immediate seal when tables are connected
• it is durable (useful life of 100 years), unbreakable and infinitely recyclable
• it is resistant to temperature variations, corrosion, abrasion and most acids and solvents.
• it is light and therefore easy to handle.

• Centre drain with 40/49 drain
