Proofer trolley
Proofer trolley :
- PROOFER TROLLEY with a stainless steel tube body.
- 12 mixed levels GN1/1 and 600 x 400 mm.
- Heating by convection, 3,2 KW power. Maximum temperature 220°C.
- Cover stainless steel / Alunox, to reduce the weight. The Alunox avoids the fingers stains and reduces the cleaning of the SOFINOR Proofer trolley.
- Box completely welded and rounded at the bottom (hygenic inside the heating area), the runners are easily removable for an easy cleaning.
- Designed with rounded edges on the door and on the top, integrated handles on both sides for an easy handling.
- Electronic regulation for a management of the temperatures to the last Celsius degree (energy saving).
