Santana gas fryers with square bowl are designed for restaurants, chip shops and professional snack operators requiring a versatile fryer. They combine Ø400 mm round bowls with a dedicated square bowl, ideal for cooking meat and sides, with propane or natural gas versions and extraction configurations.
