Bespoke straight-edge tables (TC7, TCEG7, TD7 and TDEG7 range)

Bespoke straight-edge tables are designed for small collective catering sites, restaurants and CHR preparation areas requiring precise dimensional adaptation. Thanks to their demountable construction, they provide a functional solution available as central tables, tables with backsplash, with or without lower shelf.

• Stainless steel construction: 441 stainless steel top reinforced by a bonded 19 mm water-repellent melamine panel.
• All-stainless steel rail: 304L stainless steel rail integrating the Turn’Fix removable leg system.
• Demountable base: Ø38 mm 441 stainless steel tube legs, with quick and secure tool-free assembly.
• Straight edges: 40 mm downstand edges, square angles and folded corners with 3 folds to limit deposits and reduce cutting risks.
• Flat backsplash (Refs TD7-TDEG7): 100 x 20 mm flat rear backsplash, rear not closed.
• Central versions (Refs TC7-TCEG7): tables without backsplash, suited to central layouts.
• Integrated lower shelf (Refs TCEG7-TDEG7): models available with lower shelf to optimise storage under the worktop.
• Bespoke dimensions: width from 600 to 800 mm, lengths from 600 to 2200 mm, height 900 mm.
• Number of legs: 4 legs for all listed lengths.
• Version on ABS adjustable feet: ABS feet adjustable over 30 mm, total permitted load 150 kg distributed.
• Version on polyamide yoke castors: Ø125 mm swivel castors, 2 with brakes and 2 without brakes, total permitted load 100 kg distributed.
• References on ABS adjustable feet: TC7-10 to TC7-22, TCEG7-10 to TCEG7-22, TD7-10 to TD7-22 and TDEG7-10 to TDEG7-22.
• References on polyamide castors: same configurations with RP suffix, from TC7-10RP to TDEG7-22RP.

• Rear backsplash closure (TFD): fixed charge for closing the rear backsplash, applicable to tables with backsplash.
• Rear bumpers (TTBA2): 2 rear bumpers in 25 x 25 mm AISI 304L stainless steel tube, with black ABS end caps and 35 mm space between backsplash and wall.
• Corner bumpers (TTCPC4): pack of 4 rubber corner bumpers fixed to central table corners; TFD must be added for tables with backsplash.
• Rubber scraper/flap (OPBAV): flap fixed to the table for emptying plates with bins positioned underneath.
• Raised waste chute opening (TTVDC): waste chute opening with rubber edging, Ø165 mm internal diameter.
